Uploaded on May 20, 2009

Like or dislike his TV show Tred Barta has done a lot for the world of hunting and fishing including great charity events. On May 19 he suffered a spinal stroke according to this article(http://www.sportfishingmag.com/news/news/rare-disorder-leaves-tred-barta...) and is paralyzed from the chest down.

I really never heard of having to worry about strokes in high altitude, but listening to the interview, seems like that might be what did in Barta.

I suspect we'll see some hunting from wheelchair TV from him now.

Wow, that is the most unsuspecting and tragic thing I've heard in a while. I used to watch his show all the time, I just can't believe that this actually happened...Everyone,
give him your prayers.
