The girlfriend came up with this one last night:

Recipe is easy...cut wild turkey breast into 1" chunks (you can marinade in italian dressing first if you like), bread with bread crumbs and seasonings, and deep fry until cooked. Serve with your favorite side sauce (ketchup, bbq sauce, honey mustard, etc.)
