Cooking Squirrels

Cook squirrels
First gut and clean the squirrels.
Wash out the insides.
Soak in milk for five minutes.
Roll in flour, mixed with salt and pepper.
Fry until crispy.

I'd use only young squirrels with the milk thing direct. Older squirrels par-boil first, maybe a milk soak then? never tried it.

Par-boil meat off of the bones, put meat in a brown gravy and serve over mashed potatoes. Works great for rabbit, too.

Par-boil meat off of the bones, put meat in a brown gravy and serve over mashed potatoes. Works great for rabbit, too.
