One of the two men charged in the illegal killings of Alaskan brown bear, caribou, moose, and Dall sheep, 24-year-old Carson Kemmer of Washington state, has been fined $22,000. Authorities are still looking for Kemmer’s hunting companion, 53-year-old Joseph Querin, who faces 21 charges and failed to appear for his arraignment.
