"Dear Field and Stream, I have been a reader of your magazine for many years but have never had a subscription. My wife got me one this year and I am loving it more than ever. You make an awesome magazine. This photo was taken at the Yakima Training Center in June. I am a Tank Commander of a M1A1 Abrams Battle Tank with Delta Co. 1-161INF. We had gunnery (shooting) this June and I got my F&S; "The Best Ammo" issue just before I headed to the field. I had to take this picture. The round I am holding is a 120mm sabot. This is our main round for heavy armor targets out to a little over 4,000 meters. Yes, all the rounds in your magazine are great, but they're a little small for what we do. Thanks again for a great magazine!" SGT Petersen
