Get Paid to Bowfish

Used to be, a good bowfishing trip meant a big mess to deal with at the end of the day. A quarter ton of dead silver carp isn’t as easy to dispose of as you might think. But the regulations have changed. Markets like Aquatic Protein, LLC., in Eddyville, Kentucky, that process the carp for fish meal now actually pay bowfishermen for their catch. I took a quick trip below Kentucky Dam, shot a few fish, and took them to the facility to see what the process is all about.
