Each Maptech TopoScout CD-ROM delivers over 200 1:24,000 USGS maps with which you can compute distances, measure altitudes, plot trails, and do a variety of other tasks. Smaller states come on one CD; larger states require several. Printing a full quad requires taping together numerous 8 1/2 x 11 sheets, but for scouting from home, this is the ticket.
