Called the Model 1895 Guide Gun, it’s stubby powerhouse chambered for the .45/70 cartridge. It’s ultra-handy, courtesy of an 18 1/2 inch barrel, and highly accurate. With standard .45/70 loads, it will dispatch deer neatly. Fed hot handloads or custom loads, it will take on anything on this continent. don’t clap a big scope on it.
