_Black bears might be on the menu soon in a state not known for big-game hunting.
At the request of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, state Sen. Kenneth Corn, D-Poteau, filed a bill that would allow the hunting of black bears in several counties in southeastern Oklahoma.
