A couple months back Roy Tanami and I visited the Land of Giants, aka the marshes outside of New Orleans with my good friend Capt Gregg Arnold. We spent the better part of a week fishing, eating and catching up with old friends. While the fishing was the reason we went, I’ll always remember what a wise gentleman named Kirk Deeter told me many moons ago.
