A rubber-suited man who calls himself Phoenix Jones is one of several costumed men – and maybe women — patrolling the streets of Seattle. His costume incorporates body armor and he carries a taser-tipped nightstick and a can of mace. His identity is a secret, and he even has a hideout in a comic book store. He has thwarted the attempted break-in of a car, but he has also gotten into some more serious scrapes.
