From the Dallas Morning News:
_Ducks Unlimited chief biologist Dale Humberg, testifying before the House National Resources Committee, recommended increasing the cost of a federal duck stamp from $15 to $25 to keep pace with inflation. . . .
Humberg said that, if the stamp fee was increased by $10, an additional 16,000 acres could be conserved the following year.
