Update: Returning Soldiers Get Crack At Wisconsin’s Nuisance Deer

_Soldiers won't have a special deer hunting season in early February. But the state's more than 3,000 returning troops will have the chance to hunt for deer causing crop damage between now and September, state legislators announced late today.
