Illinois Man Indicted For Illegal Sale of Guided Waterfowl Hunting Trips

_A federal grand jury in Springfield has returned a 23-count felony indictment against a Pike County man for the allegedly illegal sale of guided waterfowl hunting trips.

The indictment returned Thursday charges 53-year-old Jeffrey Foiles of Pleasant Hill with conspiracy, wildlife trafficking, and making false writings.
