It's hard to believe I just wrapped 5 years of shooting "Hook Shots," which essentially started out as an experiment with a video camera I got for Christmas back in 2008. First off, I just want to thank all of you for coming along for the ride, and I already can't wait to start shooting season 6. To finish out there year, I teamed up with good friend, pro bass angler, and fellow blogger Dave Wolak for some cold-season catfish action on North Carolina's Lake Gaston. Why catfish? Because the last time Dave and I shot a bass episode together, he made me look like I had never fished before...the dude's just that good. This leveled the playing field, and despite cold conditions and initially uncooperative cats, we closed the season with a bang. Enjoy the show...we sure had fun shooting this one.
