I find this short story on Nesn.com very comical because I can totally relate to thinking you are harmlessly posting a little factoid about yourself on BookFace or the like, and people manage to go on a tangent over a post you didn't think could possibly supply ammo for a tangent. Toronto Maple Leafs forward Phil Kessel decided to drop a little Tweet yesterday that read "Night fishing with friends doesn't get much better." Well, sorry dude, all the Leafs fans that were hoping you'd make the playoffs disagree. The Twitter responses--such as _Night fishing with friends doesn't get much better" Except perhaps playing hockey in the #StanleyCupPlayoffs--_got so out of hand, Kessel eventually fired back, telling followers they need to "chill out." He quickly deleted the response, then likely spent the rest of his night fishing trip completely frustrated.
