I just want you to know, I take that responsibility very seriously. So here’s today’s hard-hitting question: Is archery a skill or a talent?

Because if it’s a talent, we could be in for a very interesting Miss Michigan pageant.

_With a love — and skill — for bow hunting, Cassandra Kramer is not your average pageant winner.

_Armed with a bow and pink arrows, Kramer shot and killed her first buck last fall. Its antlers are mounted on a small wooden plaque decorated in pink. The bow used in the hunt is mounted below.

On Saturday, Kramer was crowned Jackson County Rosequeen, and she will compete for the Miss Michigan title next year.
