To return or exchange F&S merchandise, items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged or you have issues with you delivery, please contact us immediately.

Premium and Print Members of the 1871 Club receive two issues per year—in the spring (May) and fall (September). Free Rewards Plan members can purchase individual issues of the journal at a $15 member price, compared to the $20 non-member price.
Premium Members also receive two membership hats per year (new designs are released annually!). One hat is delivered with each journal issue in the spring and fall.

Pre-sale tickets will be announced through your 1871 Club email, so be sure to check your inboxes! Music Fest experiences will be offered to our Premium members first, then to Print & Reward Plan members.

Subscribers who were F&S+ Members before the new 1871 Club launched on 1/25/2023, are now a part of our Free Rewards Plan. Login to your profile or create an account to access your membership benefits and use your $15 merch reward.
