Scopes Trial: Muzzleloader groups takes on 15 states over telescopic sights

The North American Muzzleloader Hunting Association is taking dead aim at 15 states that prohibit the use of telescopic sights during muzzleloader seasons. In a civil rights complaint, the groups argues that since other firearms can sport rifle scopes as a sight aid, "to deny the use of a rifle scope for muzzleloaders is discrimination due to age, sight disability, and segregation."
