Mossy Oak but the best I ever used was the original trebark by Jim Crumley.Once had a hen Turkey walk around my boots while sitting on the ground wearing it. These companies keep reinventing camo in order to sell more. The new patterns lure hunters but aren't necessarily better and may be not as good as what you already have.
The reality of it is I have never thought that there is a truly appropriate pattern for use in the west where people and animals can see for miles. Suit up you buddy in either pattern mentioned and look at him across the canyon. He will appear to be wearing a green or brown or grey uniform. In the west the spots should be bigger and wider so as to breakup the silouette when viewed from a distance. Some manufacturer should jump on this and make a mint. Actually the old Marine WW II South Pacific type camo is not bad in this area.

I use a different pattern for each garment (hat, shirt, gloves, cost, etc) that way some of me is camoed where ever I am.

I perfer Mossy Oak, but I do have a Real Tree jacket because the deal was to good to pass up.
Got to support the home folks, Real Tree
I used to like Realtree, but now I really love Mossy Oak. Theres really no reason behind my choice except for personal preferences.
Doesn't really matter. I like Realtree better though.
