Q:
I saw a lot of minnow's jumping out of the water today...no surprise, i investigated and fished it, upon further investigation i noticed they were in a large school jumping out while no being chased. Anybody know why they were jumping out?

Fish have air bladders which allow them to suspend at a certain depth of water they were most likely filling those.
