*5" barrel length
*38oz weight
*Series 80, not 70
*carbon steel
*flared ejection port
*walnut checkered grips
*3 dot dovetailed front/rear sights
*7+1
*ultra-light match trigger, 3 hole Wilson Combat
Just described my new 1911R1, says so right on the slide. I hated the factory trigger, so I changed it. Bottom line...$599 US. Fricking nice, at that price.
Will retire my Kimber for a period of mourning...maybe never go back.

I haven't bought one yet, but the local gun shop owner said that as soon as he gets one someone buys it. Getting one when I turn 21.
well turn 21 and give us a report on the damn thing already!
Placed an order with my skeet club.

countitandone,
Sounds good, esp. the price.
What did you replace the factory trigger with?
The factory trig was solid and sticky, weighted.
I had the local smithey put the Wilson Combat 3-hole in place of the factory install.
got two on order and I can't wait.Tell us how it shoots, all the other stuff we can get from the ads
