Q:
two small does passed by me on their trail last night. should i stick to hunting this spot and expectt a buck to come passing through when the rut starts? should i use a doe in estrous scent yet?

If they're just passing through then I wouldn't.. Find where they're bedding and hunt a travel corridor to there.

+1 to DeerSlayer. You may get lucky in a place where they're passing through. You are more likely to get lucky in a bedding area.

Use the estrous now. Don't give up on what might be a good doe travel corridor unless you've hunted it a few times and seen little action
