9:33 pm thursday evening police receive a 911 call from a Frantic Gainsville woman who reported that she first heard a man next door screaming for someone to call the police and then she heard numerous loud shots being fired ,followed by a woman screaming and children crying.....Police responded next door to the home of Randal Wilkins a 39 year old construction worker...and found him,his wife and their 3 young children standing in front the gate at the side yard...Mr Wilkins was holding an SKS assualt rifle and was ordered to the ground by police,,After handcuffing Mr Wilkins and placing him in a police cruiser the police began to interview the wife,Who stated that their pet goat remmy was crying out very loudly and running around in a panic,Her husband went out to the gate and saw the goat then sceamed for her to call the police as came back inside to grab his rifle,he then went to gate and fired numerous times...Mrs wilkins said she went out to see what was happening and then police arrived......The Officers went into the side yard and found the goat dead next to a metal out building riddled with bullet holes..to their suprise they noticed that the goat had a 2 foot tall barney the dinosuar doll tied to the goats walking harness...
Police questioned the 3 children ages 6,9 and 12 and found out that the children had been out playing with the goat earlier and had tied the Barney doll to the goats harness as a game,and then forgot to remove it once they were called inside,the goat apparently got very aggrivated after a few hours and was trying to get Barney off its back..
The police then questioned Mr Wilkins who said he was woken up from a nap by his wife who said something was wrong with remmy,he said he went out and saw the goat running around and screaming with some creature on its back,startled he realized it was a Chupacabra and got his gun and in a panic fired several times killing both the goat and the creature...
Mr Wilkins was speachless when the officers told him that his children had tied their Barney doll to the goat......Mr Wilkins was released and received a $75 citation for discharging a firearms weapon within 150 feet of an occupied dwelling....

Goatsucker, indeed. The answer lies in Teratology: the study of malformations of the embryo due to some external influence, primarily chemical, in wildlife. Most likely it is the ingestion of some type of plant while the female is pregnant, causing some common malformations in the embryos of coyotes. In fact, I would say that the probability of this is out to three 9's.

i live in texas and when there was the huge outbreak thing i saw one dead on the road it looks like a small hyene that was black with short sharep teetth and it hari was dark black. thats all i could really see first i though it was a dead javelina.
